Data deletion
This page explains how to delete your data from Fenlead, including data synced from connected advertising platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
Delete it yourself
Workspace owners can delete a workspace at any time from Settings → Workspace. Deleting a workspace permanently removes its leads, campaigns, creatives, and connected-integration tokens. Deleting your account removes your personal profile and any workspaces you solely own.
Data from Facebook and other ad platforms
When you disconnect an advertising integration in Settings → Integrations, we stop syncing new data and delete the stored OAuth token for that platform. To also remove lead records already synced from that platform, delete the workspace or request deletion using the details below.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email support@leadsysgen.com from the address associated with your account and state what you want deleted. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Timing
Deletion or anonymization is applied within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention. Backups may persist for a short technical window before they cycle out.
